We believe that quality and affordability should not be mutually exclusive. Our breads are artisanal and made by us, we cure the briskets to make our pastrami, and we grind fresh pork to make our bratwurst. We won't pretend we're serving health food, but we can feel confident that everything we offer is made fresh, in-house, using only the highest quality ingredients.
